If you are not completely satisfied with an item, just call or email us to receive a return authorization. Approved returns or exchanges are to be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt. (We do not accept C.O.D.) Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition.

We will gladly exchange the item or refund the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Obviously, if we are responsible for a shipping mistake or providing the wrong product, you will not be charged any fees whatsoever.
