How long does it take for my order to ship?
Items usually ship within 1-3 business days. If your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you via email.
What shipping options are available?
USPS priority mail is the only shipping method we offer. Priority mail offers 1 – 3 day service at an affordable rate.
What if I want to deliver to multiple addresses?
You can ship to multiple locations by creating an order for each location.
How is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is charged based on the applicable taxes for the ship-to location. Since we are a Kansas based business, we must charge tax for all orders that have a “Ship To” address in Kansas.
Can orders be shipped to a P.O. box?
Yes, items can be shipped to a P.O. box.
Can order be shipped to foreign countries?
Currently we can only ship to locations within the continental United States.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard
Will Bar and Grill Man send an order confirmation via email?
Yes. Once you place an order and provide your email address, we will automatically send you a message confirming your order.
How can I find out the status of my order?

How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Written notification is needed prior to shipment in order to cancel an order.
What happens if I refuse a shipment?
Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for freight both ways as well as any additional expenses incurred.
